Our Porfolio
W. Tollgate is fortunate to have collaborated with a diverse range of inspiring local small business owners, whose passion and dedication continue to fuel vibrant communities. Through projects spanning web design, logo development, brochures, billboards, social media strategies, and content creation, these partnerships have not only brought unique visions to life but also fostered meaningful, lasting connections.

Chick-fil-A St. Clairsville
In July 2025, Owner/Operator of St. Clairsville, OH Chick-fil-A Joanna Gibson reached out to us to aid in the restaurant's return to social media. With the support of W. Tollgate, Chick-fil-A St. Clairsville has re-established a strong and authentic presence on social media, reconnecting with the community in a meaningful way. Through strategic content focused on people, local involvement, and everyday moments, the brand has seen significant engagement growth—reaching thousands of views and fostering genuine connections. The renewed focus on community storytelling has helped amplify what matters most: service, relationships, and being a positive local presence.

Shaheen Law Group
Harmony House
W. Tollgate partnered with Shaheen Law Group to redesign and modernize their website, delivering a sleek, professional digital presence that reflects the firm’s credibility and client-first approach. The updated site features a clean, modern aesthetic with improved structure and user experience, creating a strong first impression for prospective clients. In addition, we support Shaheen Law Group’s digital strategy through video-based social media content, helping extend the firm’s reach, increase engagement, and connect with the community in a more personal and impactful way.
In October 2025, W. Tollgate partnered with Harmony House Children’s Advocacy Center to support the rebranding and marketing of their signature fall fundraiser. Over the summer, W. Tollgate provided strategic marketing and promotional support to help evolve the former Monster Mash Bash into the newly reimagined Harmony Haunt, strengthening its visual identity, messaging, and community reach. The impact was substantial: while the 2024 event raised $9,389.53, the 2025 Harmony Haunt generated $29,344.55—an increase of more than 212% year over year. We were proud to contribute to a campaign that helped Harmony House secure critical funding to continue providing essential services to juvenile victims in our community. My personal favorite crafting thus far would be, without a doubt, that of Chair.204 by Shelley Cordner. Shelley struggled to find a logo that reflected her style, delicate & sophisticated. We've crafted a bespoke logo and a bi-fold brochure that showcase Shelley's wide range of services with the same level of style she brings to clients in her chair.

USAF F-16 Static Display
W. Tollgate owner Taylore Frasnelly serves as Chairwoman for the dedication of the Union Local Afterburners F-16 Static Display at Union Local Schools, a historic project that marks the first time in U.S. history a high school has been awarded a retired F-16 aircraft by the United States Air Force. In this role, Frasnelly oversees strategic marketing and communications for the initiative, manages its social media presence, and leads planning efforts for the formal dedication ceremony scheduled for June 2026. Working in coordination with the United States Air Force and project partners, W. Tollgate is helping ensure the dedication reflects the significance of this rare honor. The project has received national attention, with coverage from major media outlets including Forbes, highlighting its historic and educational impact.
